TravelingChris Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 My gyn laughed and said when I get hot flashes but I read that not everyone gets those. I am 48 and I guess I should be getting menopausal in the next few years. So if the monthly does go away after Novasure (it has so far but we will see next month), is the only way I would know be by blood tests? In my case, my doctors will want to know since with my history of osteoporosis in my family, and my personal history of corticosteriods, they want me to start on bone forming drugs when I am postmenopausal.
