I have been reading a lot about supplements and which ones I should take. I am looking for opinion from those who feel better now that they are on supplements. My main issues are muscle pain and fatigue. I am thinking vitamin D, Magnesium and Calcium to start with.... Opinions, ideas.......Doses? Thanks!
