Aubrey
Am I overlooking it? I've checked SOTW 1 & 2 twice, & I don't see anything on the Han.

Aubrey
There is a small mention of Han in SOTW 3....we didn't do 2 so I can't answer. Whoa--I didn't look that far ahead. The Han Dynasty was concurrent w/ the Roman Empire, so I figured end of 1, beginning of 2. Huh. Off to look. (Thanks!)
Matryoshka
Whoa--I didn't look that far ahead. The Han Dynasty was concurrent w/ the Roman Empire, so I figured end of 1, beginning of 2. Huh. Off to look. K12 HO has the Han out of order in the other direction - we just finished Ancient Egypt and have not yet gotten to Ancient Greece and the piece in the middle on Ancient China has gotten us all the way to 200AD (when the Han ended)! Then we'll go all the way back over a thousand years for the next unit... I just had the kids read a novel about the Silk Road during the Han dynasty, and it's talking about trading with the Romans, who we won't get to for quite a bit!
