Sun Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 I can't believe there's no thread on this! I'm in dire need of some great book recommendations for ideas for ds. I imagine others could also use some ideas (I can't be the only person who believes that there have to be a few books under the tree, can I?), so it would be great if people could chime in with some of their (or their kids') recent favorites. A suggested age range for content would be appreciated too! My son just read Leon and the Spitting Image and literally couldn't put it down. He was laughing out loud at parts of it, so I took that as a good sign. The back cover implies it's targeted at about fourth graders, but I haven't read it myself.
