scrapbookbuzz
Here's what I have available in my kitchen: *LOTS of canned food *LOTS of frozen food (unfortunately no microwave meals) *No bread really *No lunch meat I'm SO tempted to go OUT and get something but I really don't want to spend money unnecessarily. Any ideas? Thanks! :001_smile:
Jen in PA
Any potatoes you could microwave and top with something from the cans/freezer? Or do you have the ingredients to make tuna or chicken salad and eat it with crackers?
scrapbookbuzz
Jen, funny you should mention the tuna! I'd forgotten all about that AND, bonus, found a Chicken of the Sea lunch kit in my pantry all ready to eat. So that's been consumed and I'm now 'chasing' it with pickled asparagus! Yum! But I'm still open for ideas for the next time I get 'stuck'. Thanks! :^)
