My BIL was the owner and chef of a VERY upscale restaurant until we had major flooding here (think over 8ft of water in some buildings) and he had to rebuild. The rebuilding took it's toll both financially and physically and he had to close the restaurant.

 

Anyway....he's now head over the food at one of the local hospitals.

That was our favorite restaurant in town. We were so sorry to see it close.

 

Dh eats lunch at Mercy every day. I'll make sure he knows who's making his food!
