HappyGrace
How did it work out? Were they lost? Just wondering if it's enough prep for CLE6 because I know CLE is hard to put a dc into midstream if they've never done it. (I did look at the scope and sequences but can't tell this info from that.) Mommyfaithe
I put my dd from R&S 4 into A Beka 5 the next year and then into CLE 6 with no problems what-so-ever. They seem to cover the same basic material (but CLE has spelling too) just in a different format. My dd likes CLE the best, so we will stick with that....and maybe do 1 more year of A Beka in 11th grade if I feel she needs it. mktkcb
I put my son from R&S 6 into CLE 7, and it was a fairly smooth transition. Grammar is very comparable. My son is a good speller, so there wasn't any problem there. I would think you'd be fine making that switch.
