DebbS
Has anybody had any luck getting approval from Wiley to use their book companion sites? We are using the books Human Geography in Action and Human Geography: People, Place and Culture. I've been rejected as unqualified because I am not a certified teacher. Is there anyway around this? Julie in MN
I've gotten onto some teacher sites (such as Jacobs Geometry) by scanning my homeschool registration forms (which we must fill out in Minnesota) and emailing them to the site registrar. I think the main concern is to prevent students from cheating? Julie
DebbS
I got some materials through Pearson that way too. In Indiana we don't have registration forms, but I did sign a home school form through Pearson to promise that I will not sell or give away the materials. No such luck (so far) with Wiley. I would think that the main concern is the cheating issue. But it might also be a statement against homeschooling too, given how the policy was presented to me. EKS
I haven't tried Wiley yet, though I've had luck with Pearson (easy) and Brooks/Cole (easy once I finally talked with the right person).

I like Kai's idea of trying to find the right person. Maybe the email person & the phone person are different?
amy58103
This is an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck in gaining access to instructor materials from Wiley is the past couple of years?
