Is CLE LA complete?

I'm considering switching from FLL4 to CLE LA grade 4. I plan to use AAS for spelling and either WWE 3 or Meaningful Compositions for writing. So, I'm primarily asking if CLE LA (grammer usage & mechanics) is complete? Does it teach punctuation, capitalization? What about outlining? I'm thinking that's probably taught under writing, but I don't think either of my writing choices teach outlining would like dd to understand it, so does CLE writing cover outlining well?

I don't know if it covers outlining, but it seems pretty complete. If you go to the page where you order the individual lightunits, there is a small icon that says "sample" above each individual lightunit. If you click on that a PDF file comes up with several pages of examples from that particular lightunit. I never noticed it before. It shows much of the content to give you an idea of what is covered.

Yes, this is very complete and it does cover outlining over a few different years. HTH
