jennthmg
I got Spanish for Children for my unmotivated 7th grader. I need her to do this independently from me. How do I use it? It didn't come with any lesson plans. Does a chapter last 1 week? 2 weeks? She watches the video and there's 1 worksheet, 1 quiz and 1 test per chapter -- is that a week's worth of work? She just goes over the vocabulary and grammar in her head or outloud until she's ready to take the test? I don't know a whit about Spanish...and I'll be busy teaching Latin to the younger boys (she begged to quit Latin and start something modern. She wanted Italian, but for an unmotivated student, I couldn't find anything she could use on her own with Italian that wasn't $250. Help? Thanks, Jenn in IN

Athome
I'm using the book I can read and Speak in Spanish by McGraw Hill. I think it'll be great.
