I know the MCT books are aimed at gifted kids, and he is pretty average academically. Do you think Caesar's English I would be appropriate for an average 6th grader? If you cover some of the works listed in TWTM, your son will encounter his vocabulary words frequently. Amazing how often "prostrate" and "imperious" show up in ancient history.
