Stephanie in FL Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Has anyone ever had trouble with receiving a refund from the Potter's School for dropped classes? I ask this because we dropped our foreign language class in May and was told we would receive our refund in June and still no refund. We cannot contact them by phone, since they do not accept phone messages and they have not returned our emails. I emailed them again last Thursday and have yet to hear from them. sadiegirl Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 I can't comment on ease of refund but I have been trying to enroll my kids in a class and it is sooooo frustrating to not be able to speak with someone on the phone.
