Then I had a further questions to clarify. They got back to me AGAIN, very promptly, on a holiday weekend! Their answers were very helpful-they went out of their way to help me figure out a difficult placement with wonderful suggestions. Their product looks well done too-like IEW in a box, but with tons more handholding. (No affiliation with the company-just happy to pass it on when a company is this good!)
