Bookshelf Central indicates that it is used in Unit 1 for three weeks, so my guess would be the first three sessions on Egypt. The book wasn't an option when I did it last year, so maybe someone with the new digital version can confirm this. We have all of Strauss Art's books and my son really enjoys them. They are well-written and perfect for outlining if you choose to do so. They are less flashy(no color photos) than most texts available and are packed with information, comprehension questions, and project ideas. I already bought the Early Times book, via a used source,but it isn't here yet so I haven't looked at it. I'm guessing it would be in place of the Perl book?
