Chez J
Hi all, Does anyone know what text BASIS in Tuscon uses for middle school? I found that they use Saxon for math, but can't find science. Thanks.

Mandy in TN
This has been driving me crazy, so I called and asked! They use the Glencoe Science Red Level in 5th. In 6th through 8th they use various materials to cover the outlined Physics, Chemistry, and Biology topics. The person I spoke with made it sound like the individual teachers determined what they would use. I would love to see the outline of topics for 6th through 8th! Saxon incorporates geometry into its Alg1, Alg2, and Advanced Math texts.
