Miss Marple Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Yes, I'm using it with DS#3. It suits his learning style in a no-nonsense, straightforward way. It offers tons of practice problems as well as a lot of review/reinforcement. That's what we needed. It's also quite inexpensive. DS was using Jacob's with the Callahan dvds, but he hit a wall around chapter 8. We took time off from algebra and began geometry. That was the break he needed. After a few months, I added algebra back in using A Fresh Approach. Ms. Walters has been very helpful (via e-mail) when I had questions.
