twoxcell Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 My dd is 4.5 will be five in Oct. I'm going to switch the kids to singapore math, and I can't decide if I should get her grade K or 1. The samples I saw of K looked too easy, but she isn't actually in K until 2011. We have already started K work, and she has done some of MEP 1a. What would you recommend K or 1? TracyP Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 I would recommend starting with Essential Math B. A is almost more pre-K but B is pretty challenging for that age.
