when to do logic?

Next year I will have a 4th grader & 6th grader both boys. I haven't even started logic. What age is appropriate, and what are people using? I'm not sure why I haven't focused on this at all yet, maybe it's just not my area of interest. I would really appreciate some suggestions.

Mindbenders, Logic Safari, Logic Liftofff/Countdown, Perplexors and others from Mindware... Mindware & Critical Thinking Co. have endless choices.

I like 8FilltheHeart's ideas, some of which I took notes on - this is from my notes which may be a compilation of others' ideas as well:

We started Mindbenders (beginner) last year in second grade. It's my littles favorite part of the day --- in fact I use it as "leverage" to get her to finish up her work. "You better hurry up, or we 'might' not have enough time to work on logic today." :001_cool:

Fantastic resource list, arcticmom...thanks for sharing! And yes, I'd be interested in reading a similar list for after grade 3, if anyone has one.
