nukeswife
We're definitely a "night owl" type of family. I hate getting up early and unless we have somewhere to be I see no point it waking up with the roosters. My kids go to their rooms at 2000, if it's school time, then lights out at 2200, if it's summer break lights out is 0000. Yep that's midnight, and this is the schedule for all my kids, which are 11, 8.5 and 4 (will be 5 end of July). My kids wake up whenever their body tells them to, which can be anywhere from 0900-1130. I think my 11 year old is going through another growth spurt because he's been sleeping a lot more lately. MamaT
My kids stay up and wake up late in the summer. During school they are up by 7:30 and have exactly one hour to have their bed's made and room tidy, eat breakfast, and do their chore. School starts at 8:30. We have activities every afternoon so they don't really have the option of sleeping in during school.
