That sounds very interesting. I'm a newbie at this health food stuff- what is greens powder? Also, when a recipe calls for a multivitamin/multimineral powder, does it mean something like Carnation instant breakfast? Or is that something that you can only get at a health food store? Is the protein powder the same stuff that guys use when they're trying to bulk up?
