I put vanilla yogurt, milk, a banana, spinach (lots, actually), frozen fruit, orange juice concentrate, and a spoonful of cocoa! It's really, really good! Also, when a recipe calls for a multivitamin/multimineral powder, does it mean something like Carnation instant breakfast? Or is that something that you can only get at a health food store?
