BikeBookBread
I get a LOT of e-mail newsletters from various crochet websites and magazines. About a month ago, there was an offer in one of them for a knitting magazine for beginner beginners. The e-mail was auto deleted before I could order the magazine. I think it is a special edition magazine, not a regularly-published magazine. I know it isn't "Knitsimple" magazine (I bought it at B&N and came home, looked at the e-mail and it wasn't the one I wanted). It definitely wasn't simple enough for me! :tongue_smilie: Anyone have ANY idea what magazine I'm thinking of? It had a rather modern aesthetic, and was called something like "Easy and Simple Knitting". It was geared towards crocheters who wanted to learn how to knit. I have Googled for an hour this morning and can't find it. TIA!

Cinder
Maybe it was this one: http://www.knitscene.com/issue/easy-2010/default.asp And, though not what you asked for, when I was a beginner I found these books very helpful: Kid's Knitting by Melanie Falick Stitch n ***** by Debbie Stoller Cinder
