funschooler5 Posted January 29, 2010 Share Posted January 29, 2010 (edited) I voted other. We use Growing With Grammar, Spectrum Writing, and Spelling Power. I like GWG's straight-forward approach, and how it constantly reviews previous concepts. Other curriculums we've tried mixed writing and grammar, and my kids really needed to focus on just grammar for awhile. Since I added in Spectrum Writing LA seems to be going a lot smoother for us. (Spelling Power has always worked well for us, also because it is so straight-forward, no busywork.)
