Guest Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 I am trying to plan out next year as I will be buying next years curriculum soon. My ds(8) will be in third grade next year and I am trying to decide if we should do IEW or WWE 3. We did WWE 1 last year and he is doing WWE 2 this year. We like it ok, but I am intrigued by IEW. My oldest struggled with IEW when he was in 5th grade but it was more workable for my youngest in 4th grade. It helps if your child is mastering basic grammar. Blessings. robsiew Posted January 2, 2010 Share Posted January 2, 2010 I just got the pdf version of WWE 3. It really jumps up a notch and I've decided to move my 3rd grader into that. He caught up on narration/dictation quite quickly (we didn't do any last year so I started him in WWE2) and is ready for more. I'm excited for him to start it... looks good!
