SonshineLearner
Does anyone know of any of the Public Charters that use Singapore for Math? Thanks! Carrie
Wee Pip
What is the charter school situation in California? I thought of that because of the acceptance of Singapore Math as a math option in public schools in California. If it makes its way into some classrooms there, perhaps there are also charter schools located there that also use Singapore Math? Just thought I'd lend an idea for your wild goose chase! cylau
I don't know where you are, but we are enrolled in a public charter homeschool in California. I can use pretty much anything, even Abeka, as long as we don't turn in Abeka as work sample. Singapore Math is a very popular choice here. Public school in my area does not use Singapore. Guest shadesofgray
Yes, Island Village Montessori School (a charter school) in Venice, Florida, uses Singapore Math for the 3rd and 4th grades. But this is not an online school, though. Edited December 29, 2009 by shadesofgray
