I am excited about this DVD and can't wait to give it a try. I do remember seeing some 30 day shred threads, so I was hoping to get some feedback. So, I will be doing it 3x/wk. and interspersing with walking/yoga/weights. Not sure what the "right" way is to do it... the video is piteously lacking in instruction.
