Carin' For Seven
My kids are loving teaching textbooks for math. It has made my year so easy so far. Can anyone recommend a Language Arts program along the same lines? They are in 1st -- 9th. Thanks.
siloam
My kids are loving teaching textbooks for math. It has made my year so easy so far. Can anyone recommend a Language Arts program along the same lines? They are in 1st -- 9th. Thanks. For 1st I would recommend First Language Lessons and Writing With Ease. They have worked well here. If you want to includes spelling then I would include All About Spelling' date=' though if you are still covering reading/phonics with another program that can wait. For 9th I would use Analytical Grammar for Grammar. The rest I haven't researched much yet, so I will let someone else speak. Lovedtodeath
Check out the Phonics Road. I haven't used it, but I have read some great reviews. Anyone use the phonics road to spelling and reading? http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144093 Edited December 23, 2009 by Lovedtodeath
KathyBC
Do you mean L.A. on the computer? You could try LifePacs.

KathyBC
Ack, same company but I think I meant Switched On Schoolhouse (SOS) for L.A. on the computer. :willy_nilly: :leaving:
