lottie j.y6s4ly
would this be an easy transition? dd struggles with composition. she is an average reader. any thoughts on this switch? i just started my son on bju 2nd grade and my youngest on k5. they are really enjoying it. it seems to be a good fit for us. of course, 6th grade is so different than k and 2nd. when i look at the k5 and 2nd bju compared to those grade levels in calvert, the bju seems much more advanced. now i'm questioning whether or not i've given my 5th grader a good enough foundation. thanks for any opinions, advise, or thoughts. dawn
TracyR
In all honesty I used BJU before I used Calvert with my oldest and really BJU isn't anymore advanced then Calvert . I believe that BJU is more richer and fuller though because of the presence of God in their curriculum . I think they are both really equal as far as levels go though . I wouldn't see any problems switching from one or the other .
