MIch elle
If you have middle school & up dc or looking to self-educate, then look at TTC courses from your library OR check out the BEST sale they have ever had on many of their courses. Read all about it here on the high school board: http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showthread.php?t=136982 Edited December 2, 2009 by MIch elle
Ali in OR
I get a course or two every year for my Christmas present. I really enjoy watching them while I fold laundry. I take courses that help me teach history from a more informed viewpoint. We're on year 4 of the history cycle, so I've been watching History of the U.S. and Foundations of Western Civilization II for the last year and a half. I love the Christmas time sales--I got FWC I & II as a set last year for a ridiculously low amount. I'll watch part I as we head back to Ancients next year. And I just ordered the Iliad, the Odyssey, and Classical Mythology for this year's gift. Someday my dds will watch all of these too--for now it's my continuing education.
