Jennifer in MI Posted November 7, 2009 Share Posted November 7, 2009 I just bought a huge bag of turnip greens! I make up my own recipe based on what I have. But usually it looks like this: shallots fresh garlic fresh ginger olive oil Stir fry the above. Add to it: Greens Soy sauce fresh lemon juice vegetable broth Put the lid on and wait until they cook down. I eat them plain. The boys like them on chicken or over rice.
