Renthead Mommy
We're on vacation and will be on a cruise next week. I only just heard about it, don't really know what's going on about it, but am interested in it. I've never really 'watched' things on my computer and don't You Tube. But will sometihng like that end up there?
fshinkevich
Almost everything ends up on Youtube, so I'm sure you will have a good chance of watching it later :)
LaxMom
hulu.com normally runs presidential addresses after the fact, as well.
Pretty in Pink
I got an email from C-Span saying that it would be streaming live. I assume it will be available for everyone but I signed up for some C-Span curricula a while back so maybe this is just available to teachers? The live streaming video will be available to everyone on cspan's website.
Renthead Mommy
Thanks. I've seen adds for hulu.com, but what is it? And what exactly does 'streaming' mean?
Mrs Mungo
Thanks. I've seen adds for hulu.com, but what is it? And what exactly does 'streaming' mean? Steaming video means that it's not something you download, it "streams" from their server to your computer without you having to download and then open a file. Does that make sense? Hulu is a website with TV shows and movies, most have commercials, that's how they support it.

Downloading stuff is just not a good thing anymore on my computer. Thanks! Back to vacation. Cruise ship here we come!
