dragons in the flower bed
I need one. On the internet somewhere. Surely one exists. Anyone know where? Anything that introduces the Bible as a document would be fine. ETA: or the history of the Bible? Or a map of Bible lands? Or the books of the Bible? Sebastian (a lady)
I need one. On the internet somewhere. Surely one exists. Anyone know where? Anything that introduces the Bible as a document would be fine. ETA: or the history of the Bible? Or a map of Bible lands? Or the books of the Bible? I found something called Bible Diagrams that might have something that works.

Donna A.
I just took a peek at that. Keep in mind that any resource that gives a timeline of the prophecy books is going to come from one particular eschatological viewpoint (the viewpoint of that author, of course), and this is much to be debated. Very little of the rest of the Bible's timeline is debated, however. (I know there's a debate about the days of Creation in Genesis, but that aside...) So was a timeline of the content what you were actually wanting, or did you want something that shows the history of the Bible itself... who wrote it and how it was written, how it's been preserved over thousands of years....
