Mrs Mungo Posted August 15, 2009 Share Posted August 15, 2009 I have one and it works great! You do need to buy special bags for it but I only use it for separating and storing meat. It absolutely helps keep things from getting freezer burned and such. I don't know how it works compared to a regular vacuum sealer. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No where near as good as my 'real' vacuum sealer, and it's much 'fiddlier' - - it seems that I have to arrange the bag just so, jostle it, etc, to get a tight vacuum.
