tookshire Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 We put much the same work that K-FL suggested, but also include three book reports (one selection from beginning, middle and end of year), a "working transcript" and a subject matter "self review" written by the teen. Our portfolio used notebook tabs for each subject matter. The front page of each tabbed section was a "self review" form. Filling out such a form helps the teen think over their experiences, which helps them feel more confident speaking with the evaluator.
