BikeBookBread
Honeybaked lentils (OH YUM, WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE???) made last Monday. They have been in fridge stored in my dutch oven. I want to freeze them...would you freeze and re-heat and eat sometime down the road?

abbeyej
I'm usually more lax about these things, but that's beyond my comfort zone. Beans tend to get pretty funky after 4-5 days in the fridge. 8 would be too much for me. Even if you can't see or smell mold yet, it's almost assuredly there. That's enough for me....the *thought* of that unseen mold sent them down the disposal 5 minutes ago.
