If you use Word to create your plans (images)

Not exactly the same, but this is the best I've found to do, through Scribd.

 

You save the file and then upload it to Scribd which then allows you to post it on your blog.

:lol: In the past when I've seen people's plans, the plans they hand their child weekly or follow themselves--the images of the plans, how they are formatted, where they put the subject and day or unit set up, etc. I'm always inspired. There seem to be a lot of new homeschoolers visiting here and I thought it might be helpful to them to have this all in one spot. But, it is good to know how to upload it to a blog, so thanks for that.
