homeschoolmom4
Could anyone tell me how they have shipped items they have sold that aren't books. I have sold MUS blocks and I am wondering a cheap way to send them. Any Ideas? I did ask the PO and was told it would cost $10.35 because it wasn't media. Is this true? stripe
How big are they? If they are heavy but smallish, the flat rate (pay online for 10% discount and free tracking) is much cheaper than paying by weight. But it's around $10 I think, so.... You can do parcel post but it can be slow. If it's really huge, you can try UPS / FedEx but I don't know that you'll get much from them for under $10. nukeswife
The cheapest way is going to be parcel post and will take a while to get there, but if you can fit them in a medium flat rate box (which I think would be ok if they aren't in the original MUS boxes) that will be about $9.35 or somwhere in that area. Dawn E
Unfortunately, there will probably be little savings using parcel post. I recently mailed some math manipulatives and just opted for the priority flat-rate box, because at $10.35 it was less than a dollar more than parcel post (I think there was only a 30 cent difference). Non-media mail shipping is quite expensive.
