Pip Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 I have a BJU literature book that I got for 90% off. It is an older edition but I can get the TM on amazon. Do I need it? The questions at the end of the stories seem a little thin to me but I have found BJU's TM's to be almost overkill, at least for me. Any help? Valinbc Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 I used the TM's for the grade 9 and 10 text. Yes, they are a little overkill if you use them as they are designed. I didn't. I appreciated the colour-coded highlights in the text, pointing out the various literary marks being used. Often, we just read parts of the commentary together, and always, we enjoyed the stories.
