  1. I think it's best to get teens either working outside doing landscaping for the exercise. Or have them be a waiter/ waitress. This either helps keep them in shape or gets them speaking with other people and learning conversation skills.
  2. Got to love the space saving with the Futon. When friends come over.. wallah it's a bed as well. They can get up there in price.. maybe check amazon?
  3. If you are looking for a wallet with a section for medicine there was something on Facebook and Google. It has a built in medicine container Try typing in: Pill Pocket Wallet I'm looking for one for my husband as well. This would be good for his vitamin D gel tablets he takes. Those things are so small and they get crushed or overheat and melt quite easily when left in the car. Vitamin D deficiency is common for most middle aged men. Hope that helps.
  4. I just switched over to a Crossfit gym and boy is it kickin my butt. The instructor is such a nice guy and doesn't push me too hard, but gives enough encouragement to keep me confident. The instructor is more than half the battle when finding a good Crossfit gym. I've definitely lost some weight and have acquired better balance, speed, and strength. The instructor blends gymnastics, yoga, and weightlifting all together with a lot of mobility work. Once my kids are old enough I will bring them here to train them for sports.
  5. I would make a huge bowl of guacamole. You could use around a half dozen and bake them with an egg inside. Cut the avocado in half and then crack the egg and put the yoke and some of the whites in the seed imprint. The rest would be used for toppings on tacos!
  6. Thanks for the link. Since I've been going gluten free I've noticed increased energy both in the morning and evening. I've been so busy with work the extra energy is sooo needed. I feel like I can just get right out of bed and work the 5-9 like a champ!
