  1. Fill a quart jar with water and juice from 1/2 of a lemon. Add 1 tsp powdered ginger, 1/4-1/2 tsp powdered garlic, 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar and stevia or honey to sweeten. Mix well. Drink a jar of this mixture daily. I've prayed you don't come down with the flu.
