They are Captains Overreact.
I'm so sorry your family has to go through this.
:iagree: and rude, rude, rude. I've dealt with similar people like that as we are "outsiders", (inserteyerollhere) and quite honestly, our life is much better without them. It hurt at first, and made my blood just BOIL, especially since they are neighbors, but I've come to realize what goes around, comes around. And karma is a B****

Take the other mom out to a bar. Order the largest margaritas available. Cry over the fact that, despite your best efforts, your children are human. Resolve to talk to your kids about appropriate behavior. Laugh about it when these kids don't even remember each other in 3 years.
I am solidly in the "Kids do not need to grow up too fast" camp, but I see this type of behavior as totally normal. Just talk to your daughter about her feelings. There should be no shame attached to finding a boy attractive or being slightly curious. Though my oldest turned 12 yesterday, I am pretty sure this behavior is completely normal. I would just talk to my dd about boundaries, respecting herself, and age-appropriate behavior. No loss of sleep necessary.

Homeschooling with a Meek and Quiet Spirit By Teri Maxwell

My DD is in a public school, (for their AWESOME band program), and her school does quite a few of them....this current school year she HAD to sell one for band, then when school actually started, there was one for the school. She told her teachers: "I just sold to everyone I know for marching band. I'm not selling anything else."
We usually will buy from the kids who live in our neighborhood, but lately, it's getting a little much. But, that's a whole other story. :banghead:

Thank you for the welcome! I've already learned so much. :)

Well, we make the same amount we made before we moved from CA to TN. However, that money goes A LOT further here in TN!!

I think so. Our oldest was not diagnosed until he was a preteen, and by then we already had two.

I've been lurking here off and on since we pulled our youngest son from public school. Finally took the plunge and joined yesterday, happy to be here!

I think that's great!

I also gave my 8 year old son those same exact tests today, (well, tried too, he fought me every step of the way), and he's supposed to be going into 3rd grade...he just had so many gaps, I went ahead and ordered the 100 in both math and language. Just one of each to start, I figure if he is able to do it, I'll move him up.
Two weeks after move and the in-laws are here.

Oh my, I am so sorry!!
They remind me of my Father; I was a senior in high school, had just earned straight A's (for the third year in a row), had a 4.0 GPA, my Father looks at it, and then says:" Why isn't this A- an A?"
Sigh. I feel your pain.
