I went through physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. Not fun at all. Make sure you take pain medicine before you go.

I thought therapy was awful but was so happy that it actually does work and it is now a distance memory.

For me, the inflammation was so bad that I had to take months away from physical therapy. I was allowed to do three simple exercises at home, but that was it. Once the pain with movement was gone I was allowed to resume therapy to regain flexibility. It was a very long process :(

How long did it take for pain with movement to go away? I'm having a frozen shoulder now and can't function without pain meds. :( Sending healing thoughts to you all.
