I am working on my lesson plans here and there as well. We don't start till the 3rd of September.

We only do Math and Reading during the Summer so not technically.

Our Sunday School is 945-10am and Sunday Service is 11am. We have evening service at 6pm. We are Baptist.

Watching Spencer's Mountain and catching up on the boards. My children are at summer activities in the morning.

My kids did reading and math. We just finished. We started around 200pm

OoOoo...this is a book? Is this what the (HBO, maybe?) series my sister keeps telling me I *must* watch is based upon? If so, I'm happy because I don't have HBO and would prefer to read the book first anyway!
On topic, I'm currently reading The Memoirs of Cleopatra by Margaret George.

You will not find that reality tv I am afraid. Does she like anything else? I would go with The Waltons, Brady Bunch and Little House on the Praire.

Univision and Telemundo have kid shows on the weekend she can enjoy in Spanish to retain what she already knows.

Hake Grammar has a lot of diagramming in it so you will not like it. I did not care for their writing program either. I am thinking about purchasing Writing with Skill for his writing curriculum this year.

She sounds like my 6 yr old and she does have ADHD. Yes, it does manifest differently in different children. My son does not talk nearly as much as he has gotten older but without meds he will make weird sounds and movements. He is 11. My daughter has verbal diarrhea and she constantly moves and falls over herself. She all manifest with all the stuff your daughter does as well. I think my 6yr old is more severe case than my 11 yr old because she is a danger to herself without her meds. My 11 yr old can go without them he is doing something that does not require focus

I got my planner from the dollar star and it works well so far. Lots of space.
