Scrapbook it was ok. We played an ancient family feud game from the 80's.

I want to join this year. I hope I can keep up with a new baby coming in May.

We finished up Math and Bible. We read a Chapter of A Christmas Carol which is our current Read aloud. We are to Christmas party hosted by my husband's office. When we get back we will finish off English hopefully.

I talk more in real life than online. personality the same though.

Well, I'm not up on celebrities, so I'm terrible at giving answers to this question, but you're gorgeous, so who needs the celebrity part?
Thank you.
-
I don't look like any celebrity.

I would say late 4th early 5th.

I use google calendar for my scheduling and it syncs to my phone and tablet.

Um. It is a little overkill. When does she have time to just run around and be a kid. The schedule is a little to rigid for me. If that is how she thrives than it is good for you. My kids would have a meltdown personally.

See if you can set up another account. I am thinking about getting one for my son possibly.

I agree. I don't know if I like the new format right now

I have an almost 12 yr old boy. He has not started going deep into puberty yet. He has the mild acne and the smelly hormones under his arms. No voice change yet. I don't expect that to happen till around 13. My husband does not know when he went through the changes.

So far what is working for me as far as math I tell him whatever he does not get finished in the allotted time will be homework instead of freetime. So far so good. We are done with school by 2pm. Also Math does not take 2hr anymore.

Sorry you are having a bad day. I hope it gets better and tomorrow is another day.

:iagree: This is exactly what we do...unfinished work (beacuse of attitude or lack of focus) becomes homework, done after schooltime.
If the lesson is taking too long because they just don't understand, we continue the same lesson at another time (could be later in the same day, or the next day).
Average time my 4th grader spends on math per day--about 45 min. or one hour. Depends on the topic, the kid, or the phase of the moon...;)
Same here for my 6th grader. He usually has 3 division problems left everyday go figure.

I am still rear-facing my almost 2 yr old. Have not decided when I will switch maybe when she get sick of it. Or when she out weighs the requirement for rear-facing.

I just go it and put it on my android tablet.

I don't watch tv anymore. I live in a swing state too. It is so annoying I don't want to vote for either one at this point.

Sorry you had a bad day. Sometimes my 11 yr old acts like his brain cells don't work too. I blew my top with him today but we did get done before 2pm. He does not try me as much as your older two but my daughter who is in public school would try me like that. Hope you day is better tomorrow.

My morning went well until we got to Grammar. He looked lost when I told him to box a comma and the conjunction. He circled everything but that for a good 5 mins. I blew my top.
-
I have complainer today as well. He is complaining about writing definitions and Math being long. He did get an 84 on his Math Quiz.

Our first day went great as well. We worked from 910-200pm. We had two 15 min breaks.
