I'm rather new here...been lurking for a while getting some great ideas. You guys are awesome! We decided were going to hs our kiddos this past January. Back then, I thought I really wanted something to hold my hand through the lessons...so I bought Abeka for my dd7 and ds5. Now I am realizing that I do not like the lesson manual at all, honestly, looking at the lesson manual drives me crazy now! My ds5 is extremely confident and very much loves to be in control:) And my dd7 is much more a 'sociable sue'. Any suggestions for math? I think I have everything else covered, but can't seem to make up my mind for math! I also have 3 little ones that will be tagging along while schooling. Some that I am considering are: Right start Math Mammoth Saxon Math U See I need something to help me teach, but NOT something that works like the Abeka manuals. Hope that makes sense:) Thanks!
