Note to self: A couple of 5 second pulses on the Blendtec would have been fine for gazpacho. 20 minutes to clean up my kitchen after that explosion.

  Well, I tried one yesterday and it was, as my son called it, "meh." https://blenderreviews.us/spicy-summer-gazpacho/ I used fresh tomatoes and the recipe called for 3 cups of water. I only put in one cup and it was too watery tasting. I tasted the jalapeno, and a few hints of other flavors, but it just wasn't great. Need to keep trying.
