Left new tent staked out in rain to check it's water resistance. Wasn't supposed to be windy. Guess it was because it blew across yard and impaled itself on my laundry line and has a giant hole in it now.

Walked over to our neighborhood pool only to discover that it is closed due to fecal contamination. Awesome. It's 100 degrees outside.

  We've had an "outbreak" of kids throwing up into the pool thus closing it for periods of time. It makes me never want to swim in a public pool again.
