I have returned things several times to RR. I always get my refund check within two weeks. They won't take cd's and things unwrapped but they do take returns of books and sets that were shrink wrapped that you had to unwrap to examine the item. Just recently I returned Mastering Mathematics which came with all the books shrink wrapped together. I don't like to return items, but sometimes I need to. Dh would rather pay return shipping than for me to attend a curriculum fair. So I do all the research I can, order, and then if necessary, return it. Melinda S in TX
