I was planning on making it for my vegetarian son for Thanksgiving but I can't find the recipe and can't get the book from the library. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much! I will say that the difference between what she has posted on her website and the book recipe is that the book includes 1.5 cups of mushrooms (brown or white) as an alternative if you do not want to use the baby corn.
