Lady Florida. Posted January 29, 2012 Share Posted January 29, 2012 We found out today that DSS and DDIL would like, a baby monitor and decided to get one for them. They don't have any particular one in mind. We're not even aware any more what ones are good, popular, etc. I'd love to hear from those of you with babies (or grandbabies) who might have bought one recently. One with video is preferred, but we'll look at audio only too. Any suggestions? I've been looking online and now my head is spinning with choices. Thank you. bluemongoose Posted January 29, 2012 Share Posted January 29, 2012 I have not done the video type, but after trying many brands of the audio only type...Avent Phillips is the best out there right now. It doesnt have any interference with cordless phones, neighboring monitors etc. I have used graco, the first years, fisher price, and sony...they all had issues. Second best to the Avent one is the graco one. Hopefully someone on here can attest to the video type, or you could always read the reviews on amazon.
