melmichigan
I hate to say it but the Kobo readers the kids got for Christmas are not working. The readers are ok, but the customer service is awful. The people don't even speak understandable English! I have tried talk to them four times now to get the kids $25 coupon codes up and running and figure out how to only download certain books to certain readers without being able to get in touch with one person whom I can understand. :glare: I am sending them back. We are looking at Kindles as a replacement. I love my Kindle and I know I love their customer support. So now which would be best for DD's ages 12 and 9? They like the touch feature on the Kobo, what do you think about it if you own a Kindle Touch?
